VILLAGE AGENT

My name is Christine Lingard. I am Village Agent for the villages of Frampton, Arlingham, Framilode, Fretherne/Saul, Longney, Epney and Elmore. I may already have met some of you, or you may have read about me in the Parish or Village Magazine.

My job is to provide older or disadvantaged people with easier access to information and services. If you are over 50 years, or know someone who is, I can help you with many issues. Below I have listed just a few.

Are you receiving all the Pensions and Benefits you are entitled to?

• Would you like any help to keep your home warm?

• Would you like a free Home Safety Check from the Fire Service?

• Are you being worried by Bogus callers, or nuisance telephone calls?

• Are you having difficulty accessing Library services?

• Would you like to know more about Bus and Community Transport services?

• Would you like to know more about adaptions to your home that may help you to • cope better with a disability?

• Are you feeling lonely and would like to meet other people?

• Would you like to help others by volunteering for a local organisation?
